Meditation Workshop

In this workshop I will show you how to meditate which will consist of how to still your mind and reap the full benefits of meditation

I will show you how to clear your mind, relax and focus inwardly.

The workshop will also consist of several short meditations, so that I can assess the problems you are having in trying to meditate.

The benefits of meditation are far reaching and can include the following:
